Summary:	1) Tobacco and Stamp Outlet licensees are informed of the identification code assigned to their outlet, which should be quoted on all correspondence with the Commission 2) Licensees are issued with a questionnaire which must be completed in order to update the outlet details held on file at the Commission 3) Licensees are issued with an authorisation form to allow the Commission to request data to confirm fulfilment of their tax obligations from the Taxation Agency 4) Licensees are asked to provide a photocopy of their national identification document and a photocopy of their latest Property Tax (IBI) return relating to the outlet premises.
