Royal Decree 36/2010, of 15 January, amending Royal Decree 1199/1999, of 9 July, which develops the detail of Law 13/1998, of 4 May, Governing the Tobacco Market and Taxation Regulations, and governing the Licensing Statute of the Tobacco and Stamp Outlet Network. |
