This section contains the standard forms to be used for reporting offences to the Tobacco Market Commission (opens in a new window):

• Offences at Outlets
• Offences at Points of Sale Subject to Surcharge: sales at prices other than the authorised prices, failure to display a price list or permit, etc.
• Inspection reports on tobacco product sales channels (available for download for the Civil Guard).
• Inspection reports on tobacco product sales channels (available for download for Customs and Excise Surveillance Officers).

Offences can be reported by an officer of the competent authority (Civil Guard, Police, Local Police Authorities, Customs and Excise Surveillance, etc.) who must submit said reports to the Body, or by any member of the public.

In case of offences reported by members of the public, the report must be made on the corresponding standard form and submitted to the Commission by any of the methods stipulated in Law 30/1992, of 26 November, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure (also known as LRJPAC).
